EI-Extranet is a web-based tool for the management and administration of the Essex Integration Project
EI-Extranet provides administrators with:
These Terms and Conditions and the information contained on the Website set out the basis upon which DNA Essex Integration provides use of the EI-Extranet to you. No other terms and conditions shall apply to the provision of this service. By using the EI-Extranet website, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
English law will govern the relationship between you and us and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise.
In these terms:
DNAEI: means the Essex Integration project run by DNA Networks. Registered charity number 1086364;
Terms: means these terms and conditions;

TERMS OF USE
Dependant upon your commercial requirements, DNAEI is accessible either by licence or on a restricted free use basis. If DNAEI is accessed on a free use basis, DNAEI does not provide the user with any warranties or guarantees in regard to content or functionality. Whether accessing DNAEI by licence or otherwise, the following terms of use apply to all users:
POSTING
DNAEI is designed to be used for a specific legal purpose and for general commercial use. You may not use DNAEI, or its services to publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, obscene, or other unlawful material or information, including another's proprietary information, including trademarks or copyrighted information (other than where you have a licence to do so). You understand that DNAEI provides no assistance, including the review, removal or editing of such content or information posted on any DNAEI website. You must abide by any policies posted by DNAEI.
ALL USERS OF DNAEI
If the use of DNAEI is provided to you free of any charge or licence fee, DNAEI will only provide limited technical or customer support or assistance. In this event, the use of DNAEI is at your own risk and is provided without any warranty or guarantee and all warranties are hereby excluded (including warranties as to fitness for any purpose or satisfactory quality). DNAEI is in no way liable for any claims arising from your use of DNAEI except in respect of death or personal injury arising from DNAEI or its agents' negligence.
Licensed users are provided with levels of technical and customer support or assistance in accordance with the terms of their licence agreement.
As a condition of use for all users, the user consents to the risks involved in downloading, use, reproduction of, and/or receipt or distribution of content through DNAEI.
REGISTERING FOR THE SERVICE
You must be at least 18 years old to register for a DNAEI licence.
You can register for a licence through the Register feature on the Website. No other form of registration will be accepted. You must provide all the information requested. A member of the DNAEI registration team will contact you within 24 hours to assess your licence requirements and provide further details. Registration alone does not confer any rights to use the Website or DNAEI. A licence to use the DNAEI Website will only be granted subject to payment of the relevant fees.
PAYMENT
Details of the fees payable for a DNAEI user licence will only be provided upon completion of registration under the Register feature on the Website. You will not be asked to make an online payment but may be asked to set up a direct debit upon receipt of further licence details from DNAEI.
PASSWORD AND LOGIN DETAILS
You will be issued with an active login name account and password. This will be sent to you by a secure method to be determined by DNAEI at the time your licence is confirmed. If you have not received your login name and password within 7 days from being contacted by DNAEI, you should immediately contact DNAEI.
If you forget your login name and/or password, DNAEI will send you a reminder which will have been provided by you to us at the time your licence was confirmed.
Please keep your login name and password separate from each other and safe. Do not disclose them to any other person. Any changes made using your login name will be assumed to have been made by you. DNAEI are not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of any unauthorised use of your login name and password.
NO LONGER WISH TO BE REGISTERED?
If you no longer wish to be registered with DNAEI and have decided not to take out a licence, please email our licensing department at info@dnafreshbeginnings.org who will then be happy to remove your details from our systems.
AMENDING YOUR DETAILS
You are under a duty to inform us if any of the details you have provided to us change at any time. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of incorrect or out of date details supplied by you to us.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any information provided by you to us must be true and accurate. We are not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of inaccurate information given by you. You must ensure that you have permission from any intended shared access users to add their names to any case file held in your name so that we may then send them details of their privileges.
DNAEI is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its interactive products and services as well as to respecting the Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998. Our products and contents are designed specifically to ensure that we contribute in as greater way possible to providing a secure environment for safe and trustworthy commercial use.
The purpose of this DNAEI privacy policy statement is to inform you, as a visitor, what information we may gather about you when you use the software, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct, that information. Please note that this policy applies only to websites which carry the DNAEI logos, branding and livery, and not to the Web sites of other companies or organisations to which we may provide links. We have clearly marked all DNAEI branded Web sites with our logo so you know where this privacy policy applies.
Personal and commercial data collected during registration, during case file set-up or in any other way in the ordinary use of DNAEI, will be stored by DNAEI on a dedicated and secure server for the purpose of providing the DNAEI service. DNAEI is a company based in the UK, which means that all data collected will be held in the United Kingdom.
USER INFORMATION
In general, our service automatically gathers certain information relating to the number of users and frequency of visitors to DNAEI and its associated areas. This information is purely for statistical purposes and helps us to determine how frequently our users are using specific parts of the site, so we can improve the site functionality. We never disclose commercial or personal information to any third party.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION
On occasion, for example during registration or licensing, we may specifically ask for personal information about you and your business. We may need certain information, such as your name, your business name, internet address, billing address, type of computer, credit card number, in order to provide the DNAEI service to you. We will never use that information in order to make you aware of other additional products or services, unless you specifically request us to do so. We may ask you for general information about your use of the DNAEI products i.e. for any improvements or suggestions that you may have. The provision of such information is always optional.
DISCLOSURE TO EXTERNAL COMPANIES
We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to DNAEI or information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside companies.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
If we decide to change our privacy policy for DNAEI, those changes will be posted here so that you are always aware of the terms of our policy and in particular, what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
DNAEI reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to: modify the DNAEI Software; limit, terminate or suspend your use of DNAEI; and to assess charges for the use of DNAEI in the future.

The documents, information and content made available using the DNAEI software are the copyright of their respective authors. In particular, Crown copyright materials are identified as such where present and indicate their origin. The DNAEI web design, layout, features, logos, forms and databases are copyrighted and/or database protected materials of Essex Integration. All patents for technical features of the DNAEI software are wholly owned by Essex Integration. DNAEI reserves all rights to its patents, copyrights and DNAEI registered trade marks.
